What is Energy?

Energy can come in many forms. Energy is not created and cannot be destroyed but it can change from one form to another. Energy makes things happen. It makes things move. It is the ability to do work. When we move something by pushing or pulling, we are doing work.

There are two kinds of energy sources, renewable and non-renewable. Renewable energy means that the source can be used more than once but non-renewable energy means that it can only be used once and then it is gone.

Which type of energy is most prevalent today?

What can we do to change this and how will it affect the future of Australia?
