Activity Art Work or Cartoon   Puppet Show; Song; Commercial; or Pantomime Time for Action: Children's Parliament decision and follow-up 
Excellent Portrays a concept of the plight of children in a detailed, distinctive and memorable way.
Uses graphic design or art skills in an outstanding way.
If a cartoon, the idea and expression uses humour and higher order thinking. 
Displays outstanding creativity in design, ideas, and theme. Portrays understanding and analysis of the issues involved. 
Uses humour and higher order thinking to instil social justice issues into their performance. Performance shows outstanding cooperation, and,  communication skills.
     
Displays intercultural understanding and democratic processes. Portrays outstanding social justice action, beliefs and moral codes and follow-up action that is practical and lasting.
Satisfactory Shows a concept of the plight of children and uses art skills to show this plight. If a cartoon, shows some ideas and humour. Shows some creativity in design, ideas, and theme. Shows some understanding of the issues involved. Performance needs more work in cooperation and communication to have a smooth and successful performance.
